History
OnEmployers grew from our extensive experience helping hundreds of thousands of individuals and thousands of organizations around the world to measurably improve their performance. Our work began in 1998 when we established a consultancy which applied engineering principles to human resource management. That same year we also launched Staffing.org and later, HRMetrics.org, both of which became leading authorities on human resource performance.
Founder Nick Burkholder co-authored
The Executive Career Guide
with Richard H. Beatty and with Preston Edwards, Sr. and Libby Sartain edited the book on the most fundamental and critical driver of organization performance:

. Nick also wrote
